I loved that.  IIRC Sharon used it first, then passed it on to Madame LaQueer.

It still was the worst one of the night — well, as far as sexism goes.

Yes, the California Horse Racing Board will deny an owner's license:

I agree.

I watched the Obama sketch on Sepinwall's Hitfix site, and thought it was really funny — favorite part was Luther talking himself down — but when I watched it in context with the show, the "Biiiiiiitch" callback brought the whole sketch up a notch.

Quoted from review above:

You forget the bible Art slammed on Boyd's hands at the conference table, after the meth lab blew up in season 1. I believe the episode was "Veterans".

Pie 'n' Burger and  Burger Continental (despite the name, mostly a falafel joint) were my lifelines at Caltech.  I envy you!

Yeah, and since it's a mid-season show you don't even have 22ish episodes to stretch your mythology out — so I don't understand why this one was almost purely procedural.

Enjoyed it as well.  I really appreciate seeing a realistically-muscled woman in an action flick and the fight sequences were thrilling.

You forgot Sean Bridgers, Dan Dougherty's lackey, who was the guy trying to kill Stephen Root's asshole judge in season 1's The Hammer

Yep, the presence of Wil Wheaton and Hardison's reactions to him lifted the episode half a grade for me.

Chiming in with everyone else to say your reviews will be sorely missed.

So who's playing healer?

I really enjoyed Jane Smiley's novel Moo, an academic satire set on the campus of a large (fictional) midwestern State Uni.

I re-watched my Justified season one DVD, in preparation for the season 2 DVD — which is coming out Jan. 3 — in preparation for season 3, starting Jan. 17.

It was "Chloe's fuzzy" on the show.

What are the ghosts going to do now without Larry as their go-to guy for cleaning up corpses they want to take offsite?

I thought we saw a dog in Constance's house last week, but I could be wrong.

Personally, I appreciate the way Garret Dillahunt wears a t-shirt.  Lanky body in not-too-tight shirt, rowff!
