Any native Californian knows that a meeting with friends ritually begins with everyone stating the mix of freeways they took to get there, and everyone else showing how their freeway sequence makes so much more sense: "You took the 5? You should have taken the 57 to the 210!!"

Pretty sure it was Cherokee.

Fully agree on the dialogue, and especially the awfulness of the fight choreography. If there's going to be hand-to-hand combat every week, it needs to be better.

Sullivan Stapleton was much more engaging as Scott on "Strike Back", so this must have been a conscious choice. I guess they were going for "closed-off to emotions because of trauma in the past", but he was really a human brick in the first episode. A little better this time, so I'm hoping they let him thaw as the

I guess very few people watched that show, because I've been surprised how many people reference Person of Interest as the closest analogue rather than John Doe.

Looking back over the 3 seasons of Justified, I am amazed how great the guest stars are, whether recurring like Damon Herriman as Dewey Crowe, or one-offs like Maggie Lawson as Layla the transplant nurse.

It's quite deliberate.

This may be the last day of the season that we don't have a losing record — savor it!
