So gawker just posts up ridiculous stories that might or might not be true and then never comments on them again (unless I'm missing the followups to previous blind items)?  Jesus, talk about a "ratings" stunt.

Actually, this is Parks 4th season, so despite the partial seasons after they finish out the remaining episodes Parks will have aired 68 episodes and Community 71.

I'll be a third of the way through my flight to NY.  I should have planned ahead and flown Jet Blue so I could have watched it live on the flight.

That's probably because of Romney's other definition.

I always said Tumbld as the past tense of posting something on Tumblr

When was the last time those 2 were a back-up plan to Stamos?

And by Rob Lowe I obviously mean John Stamos

I am severely disappointed that Rob Lowe is not playing with The Beach Boys.

I'm actually interested in the show partially for the opposite reason: it's a world I'm completely unfamiliar with, but am interested in learning about it.  Of course, I'm mostly here because it's a David Milch and HBO show, and it probably wouldn't keep me around as long as you if it went down hill, but it does add

@avclub-e68fa3b1df98d07ba7db3efad99986c1:disqus yeah, how are we supposed to know that show's funny if you don't include the ¡!

There really wasn't much to spoil, but if you want to know what the consulting job I hated was then SPOILER ALERT:

So Episode 5 is On Demand right now (at least on Brighthouse) so I went ahead and watched it, and my god, I might be done with this show now.  The first couple were terrible, but I like the 4 actor and hoped they would flesh out their characters (and realize Ben Schwartz can be more than just a massive douche) over

If I attributed procedurals only with the CSI's, the Law & Order's and the NCIS's, I wouldn't like paying attention to procedurals either.

The trailer won't load past the half way point for me…thank God…

I meant to include that thought about the head shot in my original post as well, but one thing that pops into my head is that maybe he was worried that they would not attack Otis if he was already dead.  That seems like something that would warrant some type of explanation, though, so I'm probably just making stuff up.

I hate watching a show a couple weeks behind and having a point that it seems like everyone/most people missed.  I'll leave it here for possible future lurkers.

I expected Sex Drive to be horrible and it turned out to be kind of okay, I expected Hot Tub Time Machine to be kind of okay and it turned out a little better than that, so maybe those writers can get this project to slightly exceed my horrible expectations for it.  Either way, I'm not rushing to see it.

Well I certainly can't argue with that.  Re-reading it as a whole paragraph I understand now; isolating the "…the show doesn’t cut back and forth between timelines, as some stories like this do, but it’s still
impressive…" part lead to my confusion

You seem to have brought up the timelines jumping back and forth as a negative point, but I see it as a positive. It must be harder, as it means they can't skip over a much in each timeline and it forces them to set up jokes well ahead of time instead of going from the setup in one timeline right to the punchline in

Gus is going to come back as Two Face and next season is actually going to be The Dark Knight Rises.
