What's wrong with Michonne? Exactly nothing. Zero. Rowrrrrrrr!

Carver, Carver, Carver…….
Did you learn nothing from your experiences with poor Randy Wagstaff?
No upside to snitching, mate. None.

Is that FBI security guy who talked with Martha and Gaad in the computer room the same actor that plays the bad-ass no-pain-feeling bowtie-wearing accountant/enforcer/hitman/Kai Proctor henchman on Banshee?

As ever, Donna, I love your reviews. I would disagree as to the dialogue. A Philly tough guy cop like Mike is most certainly going to be talking in tough-guy cop "cliche-ese." I was an attorney in a big city criminal justice milieu for many years and almost everybody I met channeled lines to some extent from their

Oh yay, political/"culture war" comments.

If they kill Carol this show is Dead to me.

I'm young enough to have listened to all those bands whilst baked. More so the Chamical Brothers than the other, which (no offence intended) I always thought a bit overrated.

Look up Mark Pitcavage's article on these nutters. I believe it was called "old wine, new bottles." There are multiple people discussed in that article that I knew personally.

I think a movie adaptation of one of the episodes is in the works. There should be movie adaptations of about five of the (IIRC) seven episodes made thus far.

I also liked how Phillip had to wing it in terms of coming up with the prayer to say with Kimmie. As an atheist myself, it more or less would be what I would come up with if compelled on the spur of the moment to say grace or otherwise appear religious. Uh, thank you Lord for bringing me together with Kimmie. Uh,

I don't follow this stuff very much, but I do recall that Americans did unusually well in some sort of time-shifted format.

She's always been pretty cool in this series. Hung in her scenes with the "big gun" actors/characters of the show very well and then some in all her limited work.
Sort of feels like they should have done a little more with her. Much better ancillary character than Tim (?) the sniper guy.

I see them working here - Jimmy is a moderately sketchy guy with an inherent core of decency and gets drawn into becoming a CRIMINAL lawyer by the inherent dynamics of running a solo practice.

I go some of the time to a Whole Foods (they've got a unique item I like) but most of the time to a regular old Kroger.

That's a nice subtle touch. You see him with a piccy of her. Then a few weeks later he asks at dinner. It may never get mentioned or addressed again.

Ha ha, that's right! Mrs. McNulty is now in play somehow.

If not that, a great stage name for a drag queen.

Utterly riveting stuff. Like the other poster, I almost had to remember to breathe.

Had this experience myself. The sort of old west stylings of Raylan in the pilot can turn people off for some reason.

I don't see him as a loathesome man. He was a guy like everyone - just trying to make his way in the world and this is the business he fell into.
