Oh honey, CD quality is 44.1kHz, 16-bit samples, 1411 kbps (not "1400 bits"), but that's not even the top end of retail sound quality anymore. I'm pretty familiar with how digital audio works, thanks, but the point is—you're not listening to perfectly good music because you have weird ideas about how it's delivered.

Now hold on, other than leaving a comment, how did anyone know "how" he liked it? :)

Assume it's creator's prerogative not to, and if there aren't any CD-quality versions, how do you know what you're missing?

I've read Khal's one sentence there a few times, and I still can't find the part where he said those things are equivalent.

It IS really easy to accidentally like things on IG.

Oh yeah, Amy Poehler is practically the Kevin James of funny women. Right.

(A college sports crowd appears from nowhere)

That's the Yoda we get AFTER 20 years of solitude, reflection on his mistakes, contact with the "living Force," etc. I think the implied transition from Council Master Yoda to Luke's Mentor Yoda is pretty sensible and compelling, as prequel elements go.

If I could erase one concept from the earth, so that no one would ever have heard of it and no one would ever resurrect it, I'd probably choose racism or war—but steampunk would be close.

Yes, interesting work like um… (looking over her filmography) work such as…uh…

When I watch Silicon Valley, funny or not, I kind of want ALL the main characters to get in a wild, mutually-fatal brawl. Except maybe for Jared. The rest are just relentlessly unappealing, and not always in that "this is a show of assholes" way.

> and every moment is the most important moment, and everything is the meaning of life.”

Can she, though? (Assume I'm already aware of Children's Hospital and find it…okay.)

No problem. If I can use some extremely unscientific car metaphors: I think for some people and situations, tackling depression is like checking the maps and learning how not to hit potholes, and for others, it's more about getting the spark plugs changed and the brakes redone.

Ah, see, when my brain is left to emote naturally, it very very often opts for crippling depression. SSRIs have almost literally saved my life, certainly made it much more manageable and less wildly unpredictable.

Alison Brie is amusing enough, but Aubrey Plaza is badly overexposed and under-versatile, and Kate Micucci is just annoying.

"It’s the new Edgar Wright film—of course it’s worth your time."

I think they just say "kilo."

Aw man, I was going to use a "counterpoint" gag, except it would only have said "No." or "Arcade Fire is pound-for-pound the most overrated band in the world."

I swear to god they WERE going to take it away on 5/26. I hadn't noticed the change. [this is good]
