Yea. I disagree with Heller. I think there are plenty of hooks on the record, the first time i heard the high pitch guitar line in "Coalition" I thought it was pretty catchy.

"surreally incompetent" is the best way to describe this broadcast. the fact that kennedy is claiming it was a genius anti-comedy bit just adds to the fascinating trainwreck that it is.

I confess I haven't listened to every episode of WTF and it's not on my weekly list, but my favorites of the ones i've heard are Norm MacDonald and Patrice O'Neal. Two guys who are hilarious and bizarre in different ways and just listening to them converse with Maron was great.

Carlos D is great, but their drummer is also way underrated.  Together their rhythm section was way stronger than the pretty routine angular guitar stuff I thought.
