I've always admired their arc in that, instead of breaking up when they reached max burnout and disaffection, they went out and created their own label, studio, investment plan, and overall roadmap to put their future in their own hands. 100% professional in just about everything they do.

The 1996 VMAs was the best.

I think it was during this year's Glastonbury show where Yorke teed up a song with 'Here's another cherry fucker' with a smirk.

You must currently be a Scatterbrain to mis-title 'Cuttooth'. :-p

Saw them at MSG last year and they were great. They may be passed the insane youthful energy that made their old shows legendary, but I'm so glad they're still creating new music and working out new riffs on old songs [the live arrangement of 'Bloom' is a personal fav]. To me it seems crazy that these 5 guys, as

Thank goodness I was worried there was a Gagging Order on using obscure B-sides.

When they finally 'click' it feels like a Jigsaw Falling into Place, no?

Seems like they've made an effort to play something off every record at each show…but I Might Be Wrong.

It's not worth fantasizing about because the Confederacy was so grossly overmatched and out-resourced in every way that even the inane cavalcade of vacillating boobs running the Union army couldn't fuck it up.

Yes and I've lived in Binghamton almost my entire life and only a few months ago heard of Chicken Riggies.

Just about every variation of BBQ chicken is awesome…

Seriously. I want to grab the apron from anyone who posits that Italian dressing is an acceptable substitute for Salamida's.

I'm an Upstate New Yorker and this shit is the truth.

Never even heard of Dr. Dog til I caught them at Okeechobee last year. Awesome band.

Crown jewel is seeing Radiohead twice, from the floor.

I came around to Russo when he got his own show…if nothing more than he refuses to spend every spare minute talking about year-round-NBA-drama & Tom Brady

Russo is a huge tennis fan and tries to bring that, and golf, to his Sirius show whenever he can.

I've heard Christie call into Mad Dog's station and Sirius NFL because he's also close friends with Bruce Murray. I'll give him credit, he really does know his sports. He's a egotistical blowhard, but at least he seems pretty self-aware of it. Honestly I think he'd be a great host.

To be fair, Rush is syndicated so he's a bit insulated from being canned by a 'lowly' station manager… and his audience dwarfs anything Imus ever approached.

Eh yeah he's not always the best at giving the modern team/player its due in contrast to the 'historical greats'…but he still forgets more about sports and statistical history before breakfast than most of us can recite at any point.
