Breakfast of Kings
About ten years ago I was on holiday in Majorca, and for some reason my friends and I had decided to stay at a self catered apartment even though none of us could cook. I ended up eating about five or six Breakfasts in a Can, and lived to tell the tale. I don't think they're that bad really,

I love Mr Burns' stock portfolio - Confederated Slave Holdings, Amalgamated Spats and that up and coming Baltimore Opera Hat Company…

"Find some good players, living players! Scour the National League, the American League, The Negro Leagues!"

Baldness Cures
I like the other cures Homer has tried to regrow his hair:

@Dired - it's true that a lot of British films seem to focus on either extreme, brutal poverty and deprivation (i.e. Nil By Mouth, Trainspotting), or on the upper crust aristocrats (like in Brideshead Revisited, Remains of the Day etc.)

I always liked Chief Wiggum's description of his son: "Caucasian male, between the ages of six and ten, thinning hair."

"Who would have thought that pushing a boy into the girls' lavatory could be such a thrill? The screams! The humiliation! The fact that it wasn't me!"

Ralph Wiggum may be "borderline mentally retarded", but he's also a fine dramatic actor. His performance as George Washington in the President's Day Pageant almost brought me to tears.

Spade Cooley
I remember reading one of James Ellroy's novels (possibly LA Confidential), which features a fictionalised version of Spade Cooley. If the novel is even slightly based on the truth, he was a pretty sick individual.

We've hit the jackpot here! White gold, Texas tea… sweetener!

KL5 exchange
I remember whenever the Simpsons listed a phone number they always referred to KL5 or Klondike-5, for example in Barney's Plow King advert in the Mr Plow episode.

All I remember it is that it stars Lucy Liu. Also, it features gambling.

I think it's a French Canadian version of the Office, it's called La Job - the boss is called 'David Gervais'.

As David Brent said…
…"I haven't got a sign on the door that says 'white people only'. I don't care if you're black, brown, yellow - Orientals make very good workers"

Best play ever, man

I think Fight Club from season 7 might be the worst. There's a bunch of contenders from season 9 though.

My top five non-mythology episodes would probably be:

I just meant she looked pretty good - not too convinced about the standards of her acting. And yeah, the episode was absolute garbage. I think the episodes where the X Files tried to look incorporate the internet or 'new' technology into the storylines have dated horribly, episodes like Ghost in the Machine and

I always thought Lurleen Lumpkin was kind of hot.

Mimosa?
I'm a married woman, please don't call me that.
