Yeah, I hope Christine Taylor is alright, too. Last I heard she was sentenced to 50 years in prison for her role in war crimes in Liberia. Oh no, wait, I was actually thinking of Charles Taylor. It's an easy mistake to make.

How did Michael Stipe meet Thom Yorke? You've piqued my curiosity.

Um, yeah, I've got King Size Homer on my list (right above)

I've posted this before fairly recently, but I can never resist joining in a conversation about a Simpsons top ten. There are so many classic episodes that it's pretty much impossible to choose just ten.

I've just done my top 10 episodes of all time. It was ridiculously hard to narrow down something like 150 amazing instalments into just ten slots, but I gave it a go (Kamp Krusty made the top four):

I liked the way he killed that snake. He followed through like he was playing a cricket shot, perhaps like Sir Len Hutton playing a square cut.

We need to be asking about his favourite Nirvana song, because the kid's resemblance to Krist Novoselic is uncanny.

I like the way Snrub thinks!

I love the exchange he is with the cleaning lady (Joan I think) when he's wearing the hat at the start of the episode:

Human Centipede 2: The Legend of Curly's Gold

Aw, there's only one can of beer left and it's Bart's

Would you like us to sing you a special song?

Grade
Good to see this one get an A, it's up there in my top 10 episodes of the Simpsons of all time. On the other hand - I thought TV Club Classic wasn't doing grades any more. What the devil is going on?

I wish I was more attractive, like Dagless…

Just realised I spelled both 'thread' and 'we're' wrong in my original post. Ah well. I guess I was just that keen to get the firstie. I love all of the quotes from Garth's novels, but particularly:

Darkplace quotes threat
"Garth is the most significant artist that I've worked with and I've worked with Lulu and four other people, so were talking creme de la creme"
