Yeah, looking forward to the Humbug write up next week. Dod Kalm is an awesome episode too.

How about?
Whiskey Man by the Who:

Yes, some birds are funny when they talk

Having a Simpsons quotes thread on the Candy Convention page is a tradition, like Big Pussy Bonpensiero playing Santa Claus every year. If you try and mess with the traditio, you end up with Santa being played by Bobby Bacala. And that's not good for ahybody.

Wax Lips
I hope there were some wax lips there - the candy of a thousand uses. Number one - a humourous substitute for your own lips. Number two… er…

That Snow White movie may have been edgy, but it certainly wasn't in 3D. Mr Ratner is bringing the magic of 3D, adding a dash of edginess and sprinkling a few star names in to the mix (I hear rumours that Larisa Oleynik and Pauly Shore are attached).

It's already been done, my friend. Someone just needs to turn this story into a screenplay and we'll be in business:

Yeah, I totally agree about the product placement. This whole movie was like an hour and a half advert for Pizza Hut and Budweiser.

Call me a moron…
… But I'm actually really excited about this movie. Even though Scream 2 sucked from the second half onwards. And Scream 3 was was frankly piss poor. I remain optimistic that Craven and Williamson can bring the series back to life like Lazarus.

Sugar Tax
The first full length album I ever bought was my OMD. I was about 8. It was on tape. It was called Sugar Tax. I think I played it about twice before realising that I only really liked one of the songs and I had that as a single anyway.

I don't know, ever since the Pin Pals replaced Otto with Mr Burns, they suck

It has to be Jessica Tandy, no question.

Yeah, sorry, should have put some spoiler tags on that. But I think if anyone's reading the comments to this article they're going to expect to see a few spoilers to various things.

Makin' movies, writin' songs and fightin' round the world…

Hidden
I don't think anyone's covered this one either - just for its shock value and for being totally unexpected, I'd have to say that scene where main character visits the Algerian guy's house, and without any warning whatsoever, the Algerian guy shoots himself in the head. Very powerful.

Is it just me…
… or does Lohan look pretty damn good in that Chapman movie. I like that duffel coat.

I don't know, I can see the USA v England ending in a draw. We've had quite a few injuries recently, and we haven't got a lot of strength in depth if players like Ashley Cole, Aaron Lennon and Rio Ferdinand aren't match fit for the World Cup. And if Rooney gets injured, we're finished.

Yeah, it's England v Slovenia on 23 June, I'm sure that's going to be a treat. I can't wait to watch 89 minutes of tedious stalemate until Crouch rolls one in off his shin and England scrape through the group stage as runners up.

@Mr Greene - that's a funny write up of I Know Who Killed Me - if you've got a spare day or two, check this one out: http://jabootu.net/?p=1428

I really hope part 3 of this franchise is in 3D, like Friday the 13th Part 3, Jaws 3 and Amityville 3. Then it's guaranteed to be great.
