I am trying to introduce someone to the series. I'm recommending the first three seasons and season six; I haven't decided what of seasons four and five to recommend yet. But as far as seasons seven and eight are concerned, I am literally going to recommend she start watching with this episode.

I thought Phil was lashing out not at corporate America, but rather what he felt was an unsophisticated representation of it in Cruz. I would agree with you, though, that he's not badly fleshed-out.

Mr. dolphin_nigga, I've had trouble adjusting to the fact that in a way they've replaced all but two of the characters this season (which is a hell of a gutsy move for a show to make, when you think about it). I was pretty satisfied with Lost's ending at first. (My mother, however, reacted with a befuddled "so that's it?!") Then I started looking shit up on LOSTpedia to figure out what had happened. There's a page on unanswered questions that is *huge*.
I honestly think Fringe is the better show.
