me-yow!

no Motley Crue. Mutt Lange was responsible for Def Leppard

that one is real bad too. is that Sheriff?

yeah Big Mountain. Oi.

for some reason reading this has gotten the song Baby, I love your way in my head. but not Frampton, the bad cover version of it.

Newman was able to book Christopher Cross for his Newmanium party. So that's something.

by the transitive property i think that's correct.

every time Dave Mustaine cries an angel gets it's wings.

this is going to be one hell of a good week with all the music docs. this one is tremendous. is it the manager that is so Gandalfian? or is it Lars' dad?

@avclub-58238e9ae2dd305d79c2ebc8c1883422:disqus I never got the reasoning of Yankee Hotel Foxtrot being such an odd record, compared to Summerteeth it really isn't out there.

they'd get drunk and pogo

Greatest music documentary of all time!

Season 4 and 6 would be the 30 rocks I would say that weren't great. Season five was solid.

I think that the murder on friday night lights was not nearly as bad as Santiago the football playing thug or the magical sex nurse of Matt Saracen's dreams….both also in the second season.

i did not enjoy this movie. the middle class is so full of malaise. it's enough already. you're white and you live in America. buck up!

the onion article about the white english major discussing this poem is just wonderful.

i would say without Nirvana opening up the market you aren't going to have people like PJ Harvey and the Lemonheads getting the airplay that they got. i mean i didn't say Lucas with the Lid Off or something. i don't think the examples I gave or not at all like Nirvana.

i looked this up too. i have to say i think this list is better. i think The Fly is the best song on the best U2 album. i like the blur song. hell i even like give it away.

really? i mean i understand that what resulted from NIrvana wasn't all good, but i think i'd rather listen to say the lemonheads and pj harvey than the solo works of the lead singer of bauhaus and the solo work of the lead singer of Echo and the Bunnymen.
