And holy crap, I forgot to comment on the Alannibal sex scene. STOP Bryan PLEASE! God the imagery there is horrifying. It almost looked like Hannibal was some kind of demonic lizard or shark thing (or maybe a hybrid), I swear I could see scales or something on his back.

I also love the culmination and revelation of Hannibal's true feelings toward Will, not necessarily sexual, but almost parental/paternal in the way that he views their relationship. He's just so damn impressed that someone finally caught on and was able to see past the manipulations, and especially considering it's

I would have said the reason this episode got an A- was Chris Diamantopoulos, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that this was probably one of the best jobs I've seen him do in a guest-starring role. There was a lot of truth and power to the way that he conveyed the dead-eyed way-too-over-the-top-nice murderer.

I don't read anything until after I see the ep, just maybe the grade I guess! I honestly comment my true post-ep feelings in the Bryan Fuller articles, since the east-coasters don't really get to see those until the wee morning, so ha to you all east-coasters!

As a west coaster I'm just going to assume the sexual tension was palpable, the acting was as incredible as always, mason verger is awesome, and the dogs were as adorable as always.

That happened with me and Modern Life is Rubbish. Blur surpasses Oasis in every way it's not even funny.

Insane, unimaginable, grotesque - all words I would use to describe this episode getting a B+. What other show on television lays all of this ground work only to pull back the curtain bit by bit? I don't even remember the last time I felt so many different emotions in a dramatic television show. Lost? Maybe. The Wire?

What I was thinking throughout that moment was "wait, BEN, you're about to be a Dad, you'll need every penny you can get!" but maybe that's the hopeless romantic in me.

There's never enough biting satire on TV these days to take down those hypocritical nudnik assholes so the loss of his voice is already devastating. I know it'll be hard but I really hope Comedy Central and Jon Stewart kind find someone to… fill the void.

How rude.

To be fair, you'll still at least be able to do that.

SO I pretty much had my jaw dropped the ENTIRE last act. This show is so good I pretty much laughed during most the scenes - laughed because it seems so absurd to me that any television show could even POSSIBLY reach the heights this show is reaching right now. "A-!?!?!" How dare you?! If any show deserved 3 a's in a

I'd also like to say I feel like Will shouldn't be feeling so guilty about putting the hit out on Hannibal. He's not Batman, he has no dead parents to avenge. He's had a somewhat fine life - other than the murder solving aspects and the anxiety, it's been a relatively innocent life, he believed in good, cared about

AHHH, SUCH A GOOD EPISODE. DAMN YOU HANNIBAL, YOU MAD SON OF A BITCH! I swear to god, if Hannibal fucks Alana before Will (or me! OH! [in my best Dice cadence]) I will rip out all of my fucking hair.

And even if that wasn't in the file, since he admitted to having control over Chilton's tap wires, it's not hard to assume Murder Nurse also overheard any of Will's convos.

Obviously not having seen the last episode of this season, I kinda have to feel like they are going to take a direction that moves away from the zombies and "just living" as the only reason for being and may move towards a more interesting and clear goal… eg everything going on with the autistic guy who claims to have

As a sad West-Coaster, all I have to say is I can't wait for this fucking episode. TWO A'S IN A ROW!?!

I had no idea the power of this episode, how it was going to affect me. The fact that I watched it while still buzzed after a strong night of drinking - the fact that I had to watch several scenes a few times over - the fact that even just reading your reactions makes me tear up a bit that this show hits me in this

Just have to say how mind blowing it's been to see the show come back so strong. Damn Bryan, I really hope you guys get the rights for Silence because at this point I cannot wait for your take on it.
