That, even more then the SuperPAC or the Correspondents' Dinner, is my favorite Colbert moment.

It was Prince Charles, and that was my favorite Daily Show segment ever.

I thought do too at first. But the "aren't you Canadian?" was a pretty good joke. And "All of life's most important answers must be in the form a question," was actually very poignant.

Colbert is the the best. I have loved him as a comedic performer since "Strangers with Candy," and my admiration has really only grown since then. He's got the quickest wit going, seems to love all the same stupid shit I love, and he just seems like one of the most decent people around.

The downside of Colbert getting the main show was losing Ferguson on Late Late. Then again, it might be for the best. Having the two quickest wits on TV back to back might have been too much for viewers to handle…

So close! The correct answer was three.

Two Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles 5000 miles apart are traveling toward each other along the same trajectory. The first missile goes 800 miles per hour; the second missile rushes along at 900 miles per hour. A military grade nanobot drone is hovering just above the nose of the first missile. It buzzes from the

These are some hot, fresh takes! Take that, Jersey!

Hardly. The terrorists' goal is not to make us "abandon our ideals." That's a platitude akin to "they hate us for our freedom." I don't think terrorists of any kind give a shit about our ideals.

In a more civilized world, Newsradio would be remembered as the best sitcom of the 90's.

The first Office Christmas Party might be my favorite episode of the series. Similarly, I think S2 of The Office is a pantheon-level achievement. Such a shame what ultimately became of the show…

Yeah, you're choices from the previous 2 games absolutely did matter throughout Mass Effect 3. And I don't mind that you are railroaded to the same ending, given that the path there can be so variable. I did not like the storytelling choices for that ending, but that is really a separate issue.

Yea, you might find it helpful then. But if you don't enjoy it and are not struggling to clear areas commensurate with your level, I would say skip it entirely.

I have actually heard that the end of Walking Dead s2 has a lot more variation than Telltale's other games…I only played s1 though.

Ninja'd…but yea I will say around that level crafting is useful. Late game, less so if you follow quests that get you the best gear, which is better than anything you can craft.

It's not hugely important. I found that it helped in the mid levels. By higher levels/endgame, though, you can find rare weapons far more powerful than the best crafted ones.

It's a tough nut, to be sure, but there are games that do a good job of reflecting choice in narrative - the new Longest Journey game, The Witcher series, I would even say Mass Effect 3 (yes the ending was bad, but everything leading up to the ending did a really nice job of reflecting your choices). Obsidian is one

The realization that my choices didn't actually matter kinda ruined Telltale games for me. Further irritated when you see stuff like "Clem will remember this," which leads you to believe that you are affecting the story or the other characters in it somehow. But now - the games are just talkies interspersed with

Agreed. Certainly not the most consistent show, but the highs were sooooo damn high.
