The episode took a weird personal note with me on that one. I hadn't thought about it in years but my mother used to read me that book as I went to sleep and my six year old self always had a problem with it. I would always ask "But *why* does the duck get spanked?! That's not fair!".

The music alone deserves a comment. Someone might want to check me on this but it seemed like the background music for most of the show used an Urdu (Chinese harp). It was a nice way to fold what was happening with the final destination for the episode.

Agreed. I usually check the grade of the show just so I can set my expectations. When I saw it had a B- I assumed that there would be some third act bullshit to save the Sons.
