I took it as the opposite.  Obama winning might not be a seismicly good event, but at least something good (Star Wars going to the Chinese) is better than the alternative.

@Lucifers_Peaches:disqus  Yeah, that's the thing.  If I truly believed that the Republicans were the party of fiscal conservatism, if they were all true-blue Ron Paul types, I might (and would) still disagree with them on a number of issues, but I would at least respect the position.
