Winged it!   Tossed some kosher salt on the steak.  I had some crystallized honey, some meh bourbon, mixed that together and coated the steak.  Then ground up some multi-colored pepper in a mortar and rubbed it on.

So I made a bourbon-honey glaze for a nice organic london broil and grilled it.  That was good.
