Before "Moana" Disney ran a short about a person whose brain and heart were fighting over what to do throughout the day. That's not a hugely original idea but it seriously reminded me of the Awkward Yeti's "Heart and Brain" comics, to the point where I thought that author should get credit.

Mid-20s is different than early 20s, I guess, It's good that this guy has figured out his boundaries and what he actually likes. You're right that it goes against the stereotype, for sure.
It's not weirder than phone sex lines, which are also weird to me but have been around for longer.
It's appealing to me in the hypothetical, but I don't think I could go through with it. Half the time I'm with my wife, I get convinced partway through that I'm disappointing/boring her which just ruins the moment - I can't imagine dealing with two people at once.
