    I think it was a coincidence that they ended up in the Crocodile bar, or else maybe Mad Sweeney suggested it offscreen. It happened to be on the way to Laura's family's house. Kind of a weird thing to bring back so often but I guess they built the set and want to keep using it.

    I can watch an episode of The Office any time, especially from seasons 2-3. I recently rewatched the whole series with my wife (who hadn't seen it) and I actually didn't hate the later seasons. The drop in quality after Carell left was noticeable, though.

    There's a seventh behind the blonde woman. The eighth was out of commission for that scene, I assume because they couldn't get the actress to that location for filming.

    It's not not synonymous. "Average" certainly implies that it's similar to everything else. I also wouldn't call Sense8 forgettable but that's subjective, I guess.

    Big superhero team-ups probably constitute a "good reason" (if not a "damned good reason") for a padded running length. Very easy to run into unsustainable bloat that way, though.

    Like him or not, that's Joss Whedon's greatest strength.
