Whatever happened to that guy who stole this season and threatened to release it online?

Yeah, sorry. Gaiman has a tendency not to let facts get in the way of a good narrative - which makes for good stories, but I imagine it's annoying when the facts being ignored are relevant to you.

More like maple syrup, amirite?

Alexander Graham Belle would be an amazing stripper name.

It seems unlikely; I couldn't even find a casting announcement for the character on the AV Club, and discussion of future events is generally taboo for series that are book adaptations. Likely just a segue to bring up the new character.

The statue pictured is in Birmingham, but I wouldn't be surprised if there are replicas in other, smaller steel towns. Of course, it's just as possible that the Birmingham statue is the one Gaiman saw and the story's been romanticised in the retelling - which is completely appropriate for American Gods.

*checks* It would take a clown just over nine hours to walk from this house to mine. Much less time in a clown car.

If real estate in Brantford is blowing up like it is elsewhere in Southern Ontario right now, a fallen-down toolshed would have a waiting list to view it, clowns or no clowns.

True, though with the new IT movie coming out the timing seems more than coincidental. Maybe I'm just paranoid though - the clowns aren't helping that.

My wife sent me the listing yesterday with no comment. For a minute I thought she wanted to move to Brantford, but then I clicked through the pictures…

Anyone else think of Eleanor's house in The Good Place?

I mean, with the amount of attention this house is getting on social media, I think they made the right call.

This house is less than an hour away from my home. That's way too close.

"E-death" is what Anne Hathaway was after in The Dark Knight Rises, right?

It's made somewhat clear later in the season that there's an underground network of sensates that keep in touch with each other. The cluster we know, and their conflict with BPO,
is a hot topic; so far the other clusters don't think they can trust ours, so they haven't reached out to contact them. Riley and Will, at…

I believe the idea is that other sensates should be able to connect with her just by seeing her show? I thought they needed to physically be in the same place, so maybe the idea was to get Riley in front of as big a crowd as possible.

Keep your kinks to yourself, you two.

It would have been funny if they'd changed it to an episode of The X-Files.
