I couldn't quite tell, but it sounded like part of the word was "uxor," Latin for "wife" and used by Middle English playwright's. So maybe the writers chose a deliberately foreign construction that was not 100% realistic to Middle English.

I studied Middle English in college, and it was pretty spot on. The pronunciation was good (though it's partly theoretical anyway), as was the grammar and vocab. The construction wasn't lazy at all.

Yeah, it helps Thomas and the others seem even more alien. That Crane is the only one who understands ups the stakes (if he dies, we're fucked) and helps convince Irving to let Abbie and Crane do what they want.

Stepfather to two young girls is still an important position. If he wants to make it work with Diane, he has to make it work with her daughters, which means being a dad.

What about the Secret Police, how do they factor in?

He washed them in the sink of his hotel and dried them with the hair dryer.

My guess is curiosity, since at this point he still seems to be in love with Katrina (and later, I think, says "if she's imprisoned, she can be freed," which sounded like he hoped she could come back to life).

Well, it's a form of arrested development, I think. Not trying to be funny or flip or anything, but I think that's Michael's issue. When he meets Holly, it's not that he finally grows up, he finally sees the need and reason to grow up.

I wish there could have been, like, two Jans. I loved Jan as his boss and foil, but I loved their fucked up relationship, too.

1. The Job 2. Dinner Party 3. Casino Night 4. The Dundies 5. The Convention or Job Fair

Whoa! But yeah, I can see it.

Yeah, I was like "Put that down, there's pee on it!"

I won't be able to watch this until tomorrow on Hulu, but I had to find out who was pregnant. I was hoping it wasn't Anne, Leslie, or April. Ron's girlfriend is perfect. *Whew*

Yeah, I don't see the hug as The End and Everything is Fixed, just an acknowledgement that they're both going to keep working on their marriage.

I was definitely concerned for a moment there!

There was the Sweeney Todd musical, too, in Michael Scott's final season. And that he's been interested in music plays in to the idea he'd want to act/be on stage/be famous.

My husband and I say "Your X is bad and you should feel bad" all the time.

And I think his last name also ends in -stein? (Wikipedia says "Saperstein")

…They are ending it. In about 5 episodes. It's not like there's going to be a tenth season.

In theory, it should take just two years to get an Associates. But since most people work, it does take 4 or 5 years. What's odd to me is that it seems like our gang are full time students. Other than a brief mention of Britta's job at the diner (and that she was going to be/was fired), no one mentions have a job. And
