Bold choice to adapt Foucault to the screen.

Does anyone know if that works with Xbox 360 versions, or just PC?

The combat in DA2 is simpler than DA:O, the level design is repetitive and the enemy AI can be annoying. Beyond that, I actually enjoyed it in many ways more than DA:O because it drops the cliched "gather together the Free Races to defeat the Dark Lord" mumbo jumbo in favor of something smaller, more personal and more

I think the problem is that the core mechanics of Assassin's Creed were for a stealth game (albeit one where you hide by running around rooftops rather than ducking in shadows) but it has morphed into an action-adventure game. Far Cry's core mechanics are for an action game but it pushes you towards stealth.

I agree with the general consensus that Bleak House is Dickens' best work, but I saw the first episode of the series and really didn't like it—I thought it was overdirected in all the wrong ways and the writing was hammy. Maybe it gets better, or I may just need to give it another go.

I like Lemon and want to give him the benefit of the doubt in thinking he may have just phrased his question badly…but I shouldn't and i won't.

I'm talking about their portrayal in I, Claudius.

Haha, that reminds me of when I used to actually tried to be fancy with win. Then I studied sociology and it kind of ruined the magic for me.

Tiberius' whole personality is centered around being sullen, dour and grumpy. Not Robert at all.

I think the real story with that picture is that holy cow, fashion is cyclical. We have looped back around to the 1950s greaser look.

Suggestions?

My point isn't that he didn't do a great job, my point is that I want to see him in a wider diversity of roles.

"No cynicism allowed, please."

Context, does it exist? ElDan suggests "no"!

I'm glad to finally read a take on Call of Duty's attempts at plot relevance that is different than just "CoD plot is stupid and jingoistic!" How boring is it that every comment section is obligated to be filled with that sort of rote cut-and-paste comment about how much they don't like CoD?

Yeah, I read a funny take on it that was something like "Yes, this plotline was a lie, but it is the kind of lie you make up when talking to girls in a bar."

THIS CITY'S LIKE A PRESSURE COOKER TURNED UP TO HIGH!

American TV journalism is shit, the print journalism is still pretty good. The NYT still does some pretty superb investigative journalism.

You say that about every movie.

Some things go without saying.
