I have absolutely no idea if this is accurate, but I read it once, so here goes: The "unbeatable" joke came about because some time in the 1990s Marvel decided to reboot Dr. Doom because he had effectively stopped being an intimidating character, so they retconned all the times he was defeated to be "Doombots". But

The crossover with Howard the Duck was pretty straightforward, but I think that is mostly because both teams genuinely like each other's work.

Since I can't be the one to say what you said anymore, I'll be less jokey:

"Vertical Fall Lehman Shock" is a hilarious name for a finisher.

Leaving aside the inevitable woketraversy in the comments, I feel it is neccesary to note that your term "map game" is identical to everyone else's term "open world". I don't really get what the point of inventing a new label here is.

I have no idea what you are talking about, and can't even think about it until racism is solved.

What was the unjust criticism?

I think that is a bit unfair, given that there is a long history of movies produced by people who live in big cities depicting people who live in the country as, for example, incest cannibal rapists.

Don't forgetpretentious, artsy, and vaguely incomprehensible Shia LaB…ohhhhhh

I think that is because almost all Springsteen songs tell stories and have characters. He also tends to make his songs about things too, I can't really imagine him coming up with a riff and thinking "huh, let me put words around this".

Well maybe they suck, huh?

By stark and pared down I really mean the aesthetics not the mood or characters.

Really? I get his movies are long but you don't see much in the way of self indulgent flourishes, his main signature is really tense montage editing.

B-Movie is both a matter if budget and a style. Spaghetti Westerns are B-Movies in budget but rarely match the sort of stylistic beats of the grindhouse flicks that influenced Tarantino. The smash cuts, narrators and over the top dialogue might not work if he tries too hard to do a straight Western.

I don't think Herzog shows contempt for nature. he shows terror of nature, and contempt for humanity.

Here is a much better Herzog impression:

Man, I don't mean to be negative based on one trailer but this did not make me optimistic. The Spaghetti Western is defined by its pared down, stark brutality while Taranatino is about the B-Movie style over-the-top garishness. Tarantino can make a B-Movie set in the west, I'm not sure if he can make a Western.

Ang Lee's Hulk was actually pretty good. Not entirely succesful, but a million times more interesting the standard comic book fare. The problem is that everybody was expecting HULK SMASH all the time because they forgot that it was, you know, an Ang Lee movie.

Woah woah what is this crap about "not buying it"? Buying is a term that very clearly refers to a commercial transaction, and I just get SICK with this rebranding crap. Use the term "I don't accept it".

Except that "lifestyle hacks" aren't just tips, they carry the implication that you are "beating the system". Nobody calls using ziplock bags to store cheese a "hack" although it is a good tip.
