I would say the Simpsons we're middle-middle class. Homer probably made at least $80k at the plant, and he usually made money off his schemes (boot legging, Mr. Plow, etc). However, I would say that the Belchers are indeed lower-middle class. Their home is small, and above the place they work, so I imagine they get a

I think the main problem with the show now is that they don't know how to write for Abed. The writing in general has been weaker than past seasons, but I think he's taken the worst of it. If Community were a plate of food Abed would be the spice, and without his insane/brilliant flavor the rest is just your normal

How do you guys feel when other "white" acts cover "black" songs containing the N-word? Is it always off limits? System of a Down does a pretty cool version of Wu-Tang's Shame on a N***a that is RZA approved, so I feel like if he doesn't care, why should I?

People seriously feel like this was a return to form? Pre-hiatus Community's Halloween episodes were always among the strongest episodes of the season. This was definitely the weakest Halloween episode, and in my opinion one of the weakest overall episodes as well. It only made me laugh once (and it was a cheap one,

Regarding Entourage, I don't think every show needs to have something at stake. I'm okay with a show being light and breezy as long as its also stocked with fun characters. I like Bunheads and that might be the least climactic show in the history of TV. My main problem with Entourage was it was pretty much the same

I guess that could be it, this may be the show where I have to just throw my hands up and finally say I can't understand these crazy kids. I thought I'd be older than 35 before that happened though. I like shows where I'd want to hang out with the leads. I'd love to hang out in London with Sherlock, or do study group

Downloa… I mean legally obtaining through iTunes now, thanks DanielleM ^_^

Captain Dada I agree its very realistic, bordering on mumblecore, which is a genre I usually like. I just never felt enough empathy for the girls to care about their problems.I think the idea of exploring spoiled youth entering the harsh reality of the real world is a good one, but I think I'd like it much better as a

Hmm, thanks for the reply, I guess I'll have to revisit and try at least another few episodes during the next TV dry spell. Is there any episode you would recommend as a stand out from season one that might help ease me in to it?

As bad as Entourage was sometimes, I still felt like the characters themselves were having fun which made it at least palatable to sit through. When I was watching Girls I felt like I was just kinda watching miserable people be miserable, and if I wanted to do that I'd just watch some Haneke or VonTrier films.

I watched the first 3 episodes of season one and found almost every character so unlikable it was actually a chore for me to sit through. But so many people who's opinion I generally trust really like it that I feel I should give it a second chance. Has it grown up at all since the early episodes?

I lived in New Mexico for 5 years. A poor brown kid missing in the desert isn't gonna get a massive search party, he'll be lucky to get a few local deputies. And that is even if he is reported missing AND found before desert scavengers dispose of the body for them.

Oh, okay. I didn't know until I just Wiki'd it that there is a printer company called Epson. Thanks.

Does anyone know what the alphanumeric sequence that was on the tattoo artist robot's chest tonight means? Its NOSd3 or N0SD3. The writers on Futurama don't do anything accidentally, but I'm apparently not smart enough to put together the joke. I uploaded a screenshot: http://img43.imageshack.us/…
