This is the first time I have watched a show during its original airing in… forever? I am so invested in these characters, I have zero willpower to even wait until the end of the hour and fast forward through the commercials and yet, they pull in what, 300,000 viewers on a good night? Meanwhile, I am just now watching

Baranski for the win. Really they couldn't get Archie to do her Poker Face in the middle of all the dancing? I guess her scenes were not shot at the same day/time come to think of it for that ep. but neither were Baranski's.

A few more thoughts about this episode:

There is actually such a thing as a leggy "hot" pants suit. http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/… Alas, what Alicia was wearing was of course a skirt suit.

Many have compared Perry's "Roar" to the Bareilles tune "Brave" so the reference may have been a continuation on the night's theme of derivative works. (Though Bareilles says the controversy served mainly to generate even more interest in her album so she was glad about the whole thing and in no way thinks Perry

I am no fashion editor but "Leggy pantsuit" hurts my eyes. I mean, by definition….

… she sort of looked like she was about to crack up herself.  Totally smellin' what you're steppin' in.

If Jimmy posted bail, why does he have to return to the precinct by midnight?  Will his taxi turn into a pumpkin?

I stand corrected, I watched in slo-mo and yes, I can see at least one earring.  They just are not nearly as in-your-face as GM's were in the original.

So no one else was upset that the new costume designer couldn't be bothered to patch together a two-tone color blocked pair of short shorts for Blaine as per the original video?  The hair was nice but where were the earrings?   How hard would it be to put a Legionnaires/Painters cap with flaps on Sam's head?  Where is

So much of the dialogue is mumbled (I am looking at you Brittany), I think I miss at least 5-10 "jokes" each episode.  Sometimes I don't "hear" the funnier lines until I read the stray observations and/or comments section.  Does anyone watch Glee with the closed captioning on and if so, does it help?  I never set it
