Well Swiss-German in its spoken form is so different to standard German that you could call it (in my view) a separate language.
@avclub-a9ab29b18796823dd9be52a3f74c1459:disqus His first script was "Guy Walks Into A Bar", one of the best Justified episodes ever made.
The scenes between Martha and Clark, their interactions etc. are just so…cheesy - it's incredibly fun to watch.
I saw that gag coming from the moment I heard Sheldon tell her "I cleaned out your closet"
@avclub-a9daf4cb99df7595a23ecca976a8e0b1:disqus Nunavut ftw.
The guy who plays Julius has been busy filming 90 episodes of Anger Management with Charlie Sheen.
Is it just me or does Jess Weixler share a remarkable resemblance with Kristen Connolly (Christina on House of Cards)?
*Most* damaged might be a step too far - Howard's whole mom problem and general perversions make him the most damaged of the group imo.
Michaela Watkins needs to be cast on something great stat.
Three points:
I actually thought this episode put the whole 'Mel is gay' theory to bed. The scene where Dez asks why she didn't want to be with him was the best opportunity the writers will probably get this season to go down that route and they went the other way.
I found this to be the best episode of the first half of the season. It proved that House Of Cards wasn't just good in its comfort zone of D.C., but could easily and successfully expand the show's universe beyond the Beltway.
On the bright side, I think all five regulars will be having pretty decent careers from here on in.
It's pretty jarring to see Gregg Henry as a laid-back (stoner?) surfer after what he's done on Scandal.
What if she accidentally picks one of the other Quintuplets?
Hmmm, I actually really like Mara. I think the character was given the worst dialogue and plots of the entire cast, but I thought Mara did a really good job with what she got.
Bear-shooting little strumpet.
When they first got together I just couldn't see anything which made the relationship interesting, fun to watch, chemistry-laden etc., but I think this season has been really great for Ben/Leslie and I now think its one of the best relationships in the show (although nothing beats April/Andy).
"That fucking little Ewok in capri pants?"
"He's a brilliant artist…and he's average height."
