I've purposely tried to avoid all things Twitter and yet with dastardly persistence it has succeeded in sullying my mind palace. Why must I know who this Milo fellow is?

Mel's delicious flowing locks are what dreams are made of. In my top three Greatest Cinematic Haircuts of all time with Tom Cruise's glorious sex mullet from MI2 and JCVD's greasy cajun delight in Hard Target.
A middling retread, much like a Jurassic World. Wholly forgettable yet amiable pap that is swathed in nostalgia because that's really all you need. Thank heavens for the undeserved controversy.
Having no affinity for the original Ghostbusters (I've only seen it recently and it left no impression, perhaps if it was swathed in nostalgia from a childhood viewing I could see it being a favorite but as an adult who pays taxes and wears long pants it did not a thing for me) I was on neither side of the great…
Oh absolutely. Always liked Pierce as Bond, it certainly wasn't his fault that TWINE and DAD were duds (I have a soft spot for Tomorrow Never Dies, it's quite fun).
I'm not particularly disappointed by this news. Skiffle wasn't "the best Bond" nor did it deserve the praise it received (a silly franchise takes itself far too seriously here), Casino Royale was the last time I had a legitimately fun time watching a new Bond film. Spectral was just a mess all around. DC was a great…
Gosling's getting a lot of props, rightfully so, but Russell Crowe's punchy fat man was the best thing he's done in years. The film pretty much depends on one's opinion of Shane Black and I've always found his films to be great fun, this is no exception. I also thought Angourie Rice did a great job, really could have…
Watching Ant-Man after the dreary Batman v Superman was like a breath of fresh air. Somewhat disposable and nothing spectacular but it was light, fun and silly. Having a good time during a Superhero movie? Imagine that.
Was dragged to BvS…2 hours of boring setup for a wetfart anti-climax of a finale but
it's not nearly as dull/obnoxious as Man of Steel so I guess that's a
plus? This version of Superman is a boring violent hypocrite idiot and terrible
at being Superman. The character isn't fun or likable or competent.
My most anticipated filme of 2016. Shane Black has never let me down.
It is good to see Gawker getting torched and the Hulkster collecting up the ashes to rub on his leathery skin. The hypocrisy of Gawker is astounding, rightfully get upset about the Fappening's invasion of privacy and in the same breath…invade the privacy of a celebrity by posting their sextape online but that's all…
Man of Steel was unbearable. Superman should be fun, light, and corny. MoS was dreary, violent and depressing. The 40 minute battle sequence towards the end left me incredibly bored, I basically existed in a type of fugue state where I wasn't able to feel anything at all. The characters were immediately forgettable…
The last time Sacha Baron Cohen legitimately made me laugh was the Ali G HBO series…his characters just don't work for me in a feature film. Saw the Dictator and don't remember a thing about it.
Jackie Chan's First Strike will always have a special place in my heart. Along with Mr. Nice Guy, Rumble in the Bronx and Who am I…I wore out those VHS tapes when I was a lad. Really made me a big Jackie Chan fan. (Project A and Drunken Master II remain his best films imo)
oh i just got the title
jonathan should put some neo sporin on that before his lip gets infected.
I pretty much was indifferent to the film when I first heard about it (having only seeing Ghostbusters within the last year or so, prob would have loved it as a lad). The trailer actually made me angry because remaking films is no longer about putting a genuine spin on an existing idea but rather the JJ Abrams school…
Verhoeven's oeuvre is pretty flawless so I'll reserve judgment until I happen upon it myself.
I was wholly indifferent to this film before this review and now I might have to give a once over on the morrow.
I tapped out whilst trying to finish the third season. I just didn't care what happened, I thought they had done as much as they could with the premise and there was nothing I cared to see resolved. The first and second seasons were a bit of disposable fun tho.
