Hmm, maybe there was some hypocritical disgust at Walter in the past - but right now she is simply and completely terrified of him. She knows that she's made terrible decisions in the past, and has no good options. She has options… but she's not ready to accept consequences.

Also, Kuby has balls standing between the train and the car! I would be like off to the side… just in case the train didn't stop in time.
