Our office came up with dressing like breakfast cereal characters. I was Boo-Berry this morning.

A little movie called Jaws. Any one see this yet?
He'll remember watching that with you the rest of his life.
Saw this in Detroit the other night. Iggy and Jim did an interview after. Iggy was well spoken, but then would bring the house down w/ an aside. Fun night. Yes, this was a fanboy doc, but after reading "please kill me", I really didn't need to cover the drug abuse in depth again.
"If Your Poison Gets You"off Fast Man is one of my all time Frank Black songs. I really like both of those albums.
He is the cock of the walk. Loved his stroll even more in Justified.
I couldn't agree more about Farm. Truthfully, I Bet on Sky is my favorite up to this point. Haven't listened to new one yet.
I've used the term 'motherscratcher' for the past 20 years thanks Mr. Walsh.
I to am reading "Trouble Boys" and man it can be dark. Inhat is correct, Bob never had a chance. That being said, it's fascinating story.
it took me three tries, but I loved Inherent Vice once i found the groove.
Not sure if this is 'horror', but it fucked me up - "Open Water". That movie had an actual physical effect on me. Being left behind in that situation just hit me as primordially horrifying.
I felt the same w/ Justified. "Chore" isn't the right description, but i began to start thinking that the story and characters were becoming retreads. This week's fury of story movement and dialogue was a great injection and upped my interest to see where this is all heading. Glad to see I wasn't alone on this.
Keep trying, they are fantastic. My 5 yr old son has been watching them for the past couple of years and is completely fascinated. It's amazing what he's absorbed from watching these. They are so entertaining that they sneak the learnin' right by you. I too am disappointed this is how they choose to make this film…
I can't argue w/ any of those, especially total trash. Not being a musician, how they can even create that cacophony middle section of noise, where it sounds like an elephant and cats fighting, is incomprehensible.
No shame necessary, that movie's over the top-ness is to be celebrated.
If I remember correctly, i believe a lot of reviewers alluded to possible fractures between the two because of the lyrics and themes of the songs. I bought RR w/ my now wife, and drove her crazy w/ "incinerate" over the course of the next week or two. She asked if i was trying to send her a message.
A roommate had Daydream, and I taped to a cassette. I took me forever to get past Teenage 'cause to a 20 year old me, it felt like when you've just stepped out in front of a moving car, and then pulled back just in time… Pure rush. I actually would drive around thinking that finally someone was making music for us. I…
I didn't know Dave Grohl was also a haberdasher? Man, he's everywhere.
Fantastic point which i strongly support. I always found To Bring you my Love and Oh my lover kindred spirits in their sinisterness.
Oh My Lover - that's how you open an album
