Why does the dog have to talk?
He didn't talk in the comic strip. There were, like, 7 Beethoven movies, and the dog didn't talk once.

With a good enough body, they will fuck you ESPECIALLY because you lack social skills.
Dana Subplot
All along I thought that if she didn't have a sordid past then she would be written as a mole. It was thankless either way.
When it revealed that she is a mole, too, I clapped and went 'yea…!'.
There is not enough Paul Aaron in this show (or maybe it's just enough that leaves me wanting more). In either case, he is flawless in BB.
Once you get trussed up in a corset…
…it doesn't really matter.
Which is my favorite part of working in Hollywood. When they say 'We're goin' to Sundance!' I say I don't care and this Soundman will stall coast you $300 a day (but that still includes equip).
Based on the trailer, I might see this.
Purely based on the trailer.
Butler looks wacky and not a complete misogynist, while Anniston looks to be playing a fairly strong-ish character. It looks better than the clearly awful Butler/Katherine Heigle movie.
I also know this is a studio production with two leads who…
OK, I'm here to defend 'Caligula'. I saw it when it was re-released about 10 yrs ago. I found it very watchable in a historical curiosity kind of way. Malcolm McDowell was amazing and the production was huge, even if it was over-the-top by Eurotica standards.
Considering that Miracle Whip and Wonder Bread aren't doing you any favor's nutrition-wise, equating them with poison is a little on the nose.
Why is this show not on at 7:30? Why deprive us of AD?
'Most nerds I know call it [Abrams' 'Star Trek'] "The Reboot". '
DS9 is the best trek series.
Avery Brooks is not a terrible actor (but he is a fairly theatrical actor- above and beyond even the theatrical demands of DS9).
Nana Visitor is hands down brilliant and everyone else did fine, fine work.
Good luck watching TAS- most of the writing is pretty terrible (25 in episodes that feel 2 hrs long).
There are a couple of gems, and the sequel to Amok Time is rightfully a classic.
Great for studios, bad for everyone else
So the studio gets a possible multi-million dollar payday out of the Executive Toilet-Paper Budget, while thew crew and actors in said film will be lucky to pull $100 per 16 hr day. Way to screw the industry, studios.
Stiller was fine- and I liked the way he deconstructed the whole thing by the end, even carrying off the fishing pole controlling his tail.
I can't believe they relegated Lauren Bacall to the SchmOscars, never mind Roger Corman.
I hated this 'tribute'-thing. I hated it more last year because the previous year's winners had to say something about someone they likely never met. This year was infinatesimally better by having co-workers make the speeches, but it still could have been years between meeting then and last night.
That stupid kid deserved it. The world would be a better place if more bullies got beaned in the head with a big rock early on.
Right. If I had super powers I would not sit around whining about it.
'Not killing Sylar in the season 1 finale was the first major problem.'
