The GF has tried to get me into Buffy but I just can't get past SMG. Great call on Bell in her place; I thought the rest of the cast and writing was great. They just needed a better actress in the lead.

…the profanity or the subject of the discussions? I'd hate to think that a film could get an R rating due to language alone, but I recall reading that more than one f-bomb results in an automatic R. As someone else said, why are we trying to protect teenagers from the language they use…

…as a kid I could never get into the show because of the wildly anachronistic look of the characters. As if the hair, moustaches, and sideburns weren't enough then check out those 70's glasses on the interviewer. Same thing with Happy Days - would it have killed the actors to have period…
