Yeah I seem to be the only one here annoyed by the screen time she gets. To me, the core of the show is the lair with Diggle, Felicity and Oliver. As long as they get most of the screentime and the focus is on their missions as a team I'm on board. The rest is so-so, though Willa is cute.

I'll be surprised if a major company doesn't just buy it. Like Heinz or Subway.

Moira is a much bigger problem for me. Borderline show-ruining. It was manageable when she was locked up and not in a major storyline. But now…

I watched all of this season's episodes recently. The first four were a big improvement over last season. I waited so long to watch this season's episodes due to the problems with first season that left me wondering if it was the right show for me.

In all this flurry of change just seeing Sean post is reassuring.
Picturing him there with his flask and his fedora and his smith corona typewriter, the avclub world is briefly as it should be.

The last bullet point left us hanging.

And since when does Leslie not have a second job, one with the Parks department? She kept talking about being unemployed for some reason.

What I took from the scene is that Watson knows him better than he does, at least when it comes to a few aspects of his nature. It just seemed like a lot of bluster on his part. It is important for him to believe he's not nice was my takeaway.

This was one of the most intimidating villains they've had, in screen presence more than the actual crimes. His evening visit to our hero's house was very effective even though virtually nothing happened.

They've been hammering home that he's rich a lot this season for some reason. Knowing that about him is kind of a bummer, like he's got this hidden trump card for most material problems.

I never finished season 1 and can enjoy it fine. But that's me, I don't mind not getting a reference here or there, and not understanding every minute point of the mythology. I get enough to enjoy it. Some people might need to have seen every episode, and I don't know which type you are.

What is it you hated so much about it? It wasn't great but it wasn't out of the usual range of quality for the show. When the networks demand 22 episodes of any series, you know half a dozen will be just so-so.

As someone who gave up on the show in Season 1 and has been sporadically getting back into it this fall…. this episode was awesome. I loved it. There was something about the look/feel, the atmosphere, the individual moments, that just hit the right notes. The precise details of the over-arching mythology - well to me

Odd to see an 8 day old review at the top of TV club. It was a good episode though, possibly the best of the series so far. Mison seems destined to be a Dr Who some day.

He looks like a cross between Lou Diamond Phillips and Ross Gellar.

It's because they have redesigned the site for the benefit of iPad users, over laptop/desktop users. Pretty text, big pictures, little actual functionality.

Or the Bitch in Apartment 23, another good show cancelled too early.

The only thing I can figure is someone hates these actors and is doing what they can to keep them from appearing on other shows.

She looked amazing in her costume and was just all around awesome in that episode.

I got a David Blaine notification for this?
