Shelly Long as the prostitute with a heart of gold in Night Shift was damn sexy. That is all.
Rumor has it
This will be a weighty role for him.
Really hoping
There some kind of horrible gun mishap. As in he gets shot in the face.
We're tearing this family apart!
Slow start? Really?
I'm baffled by some of the slow start comments. Good gawd, ever see episode 1 of Band of Brothers? That was like watching paint dry, a very route introduction to the too many characters featured in the series. This is coming from someone who loves BoB.
Makes me wonder
Has the AV Club ever reviewed the equally dated and equally daft Vampyros Lesbos? Written and directed by the Ed Wood of Europe, Jesus Franco. This write up made me think of it.
I heard he built an awesome hiking trail somewhere.
So tell me
Which one is Pink?
I'm torn
He's produced some great stuff, but he seems to swing from being cool and interesting to insufferable douche in this interview. Why American Idol?!? Why Steve?
I don't think most of Hollywood likes Quentin much. Screenplay-wise I felt Basterds was way more ambitious than Hurt Locker and deserved that particular Oscar nod. I loved Hurt Locker as well, but it lacked the scope of Basterds.
Why? Why? Wwwwwwhhhyyyyyyyyyy???

Seconded on the very special Different Strokes. The molester was "big guy" from WKRP. Wow… symmetry.
That's so glass half full Wrecksracer. Also think about all the extra drugs that will be available. Woo hoo!
Here's where I post
How very, very, very, very, very much I hate Billy Corgan.
True dat to both points. I'd love to see an AV Club interview with him. It also seems that Hewlett is better known in the UK than here.
Consistently brilliant
are Jamie Hewlett's fantastic illustrations. I absolutely love his style and the Gorillaz project would be nothing without his contribution along with Albarn's. Yet there's little to no mention of him.
Last time I checked she was all warm and dewy down there.
For someone who could barely play bass when The Clash started up, Simonon is a helluva player. Terrific funk and reggae bass lines coming from a pasty white Brit.
Oh I hope
there's a long-winded rant at the end of the movie about how bad it is to grow up in an upper middle class suburb that derails the comedic content of the rest of the movie.
