He actually is known to be a pretty big diva on tour. I remember a friend telling me how he treats the drum techs like crap and is usually pretty mean then gives them some nice gifts as an apology at the end of the tour.

Ah damn! I was wrong on both counts! That makes a lot more sense, considering that singer sounded nothing like Sia.
I remember my sister laughed so hard at that line, which was so clearly ADR'd. I can only imagine the director thinking "This character rolling down this hill on a moped is funny, but what can he say to further express his pain?"
I think that's what really set it apart from garbage like "American Pie." "Pie" and all of its sequels where mainly about being mean to the main characters, who only get some sort of vindication when they get laid or Stifler gets his comeuppance. "10 Things" and "Can't Hardly Wait" were mainly about having a good time.
His explanation of why Katie Holmes's nude scene in "The Gift" was important spoke to teenage me.
Nah, Clark Duke hasn't really reached any level of ubiquity. I'd say judging by the vitriol in the comment section of "War Dogs," it's Miles Teller.
Screw you, man! "The Sandlot" and "Stand By Me" spoke to me!
"Can we make this a little more watchable?"
Same here. I was a freshman in college when it came out, so I was right in the middle of the target and I ate it up. Haven't watched in a decade, but I'll still throw on the soundtrack from time to time. Still blows my mind that it's Sia singing "Waiting Room."
That was my thought, while watching the movie (basically a hate-watch because it was on one of the pay channels). His defense for crowdfunding was he didn't want the suits telling him what he could or couldn't do. But the movie was so safe, I couldn't tell what thing he was afraid they'd tell him to cut (The astronaut…
Ugh. Using "superhero" as a verb in the headline. I'd expect that from Buzzfeed, but you're better than that, AV Club.
Yea, I mean, it's the AV Club riffing on Smash Mouth. But having seen some people collapse while having a cardiac episode (Don't know if this was one of those) - too scary for me to joke about.
I'm glad they're still at it after taking a long break. Sucks that it's almost all backing track though. They don't have that Sony Canada money anymore.
Wow, I forgot Japandroids were Canadian. Their label is super cool. I ordered some vinyl and shirts and they threw in a stick of Airheads candy.
I agree. He was kind of the heart and soul of the band and balanced out Ed's shittier tendencies to just go all goofy and cute all the time.
I mean, it may not be your type of music, but BNL is full of talented musicians.
That's pretty funny.
Between "Set Yourself on Fire" and "Bedroom," few bands have captured heartbreak better than them.
Haha. Wait. You've seen them 11 times, but never got into them?
I always admired at Lenny Kravitz's lack of self-awareness with that song.
