An Indian coworker said that women's names in India, at least, tend to have a vowel at the end to distinguish it from a man's name. I'm not sure if the same holds true for Pakistan, though.

I totally agree. Mary has livened up this season, and has a personality again. She was my favorite character at the start of this show, and he she is again now.

'Is this the sink? Am I shrinking' is a line that I will always remember, always recite, and always laugh at it. This is definitely one of the best episodes of this show. This one and the one where her father dies ('He's dead. DEAD. DAD. DEAD. DAD. He's fine - he sends his love') have to be two of the best

I didn't like the first season that much. I started watching during the second, and went back to watch the first, and didn't find it as funny. This has a very odd and specific humor that doesn't apply to everyone. If you don't like 30 Rock, chances are you might not like this.

I know it's foolish to try to inject logic into this show, but for god's sakes - when Madison gets chocked by Kyle - she had already shown she can 1) teleport 2) control his mind 3) start things on fire 4) move things with her mind. She could use not ONE of those powers at all? I mean come on.

there was definitely some Jane Fonda going on there.

once Misty died, which got a big yell at the screen from me, I couldn't care less what happened.

This gay person watched about 2 minutes and then changed the channel.

It's not from the science oven?

that, and when the girls all started getting powers out of nowhere.

The first few episodes were actually interesting, but then it all fell apart. I missed a few episodes somewhere near the middle and I didn't matter because the stories didn't go anywhere.

It was absolutely the writing. Gabourey Sibide was nominated for an Oscar fairly recently, but all she gets to do is yell at Kathy Bates. Lily Rabe is fantastic and Taissa Farmiga was great in Season 1, but I will have to disagree about Emma Roberts. Sarah Paulson was largely wasted this season, too.

I want Misty to win if only for her Stevie Nicks devotion and because she kicked Madison's ass. I could care less about anyone else on the show except for Myrtle.

I missed three episodes in the middle somewhere and it made no difference. There were some fun moments, but yes, there was no story line that kept any interest. The whole 'searching for the new supreme' thing doesn't matter when you don't care about the characters.

A good friend in high school was obsessed with Violent Femmes after watching that episode, so that was my introduction as well

If you weren't a teenage girl or gay boy in the mid 90s, you never ever will.

I remember getting into this when MTV picked it up - I would sit and watch the marathons on the weekends - which were often - for HOURS. I think I've seen each episode about 20 times. I have the DVDs too and they have made the rounds to everyone else - I even got my boyfriend into it, and he was 27 at the time.

She is also not English, so I think that was part of the problem - she definitely is of Maori descent.

She is absolutely going to be pregnant. I love soap operas, and this is exactly what happens on soap operas.
