Amazing and most likely true.

You need to know more gay men.

If you read any article where Adam Pally discusses his audition for the show, he auditioned and then they told him that his character was gay, so he auditioned the same way he did the first time.

Uh… you are definitely missing the point.

i.e., Dad rock.

From what I remember, no one actually dies in the book except for the guy that got hit by the car.

"I ADORE tartan" as was my favorite thing from the first episode.

I'm not a big fan of hers on this show (I haven't really seen her in much else). I feel like all of the actresses know what show they are on and are in on the joke, and she thinks she's on the Sopranos or something.

They killed Dazzler?  Now I am never picking that comic back up, jerks.

No kidding!  As good as this album, and MUCH BETTER than that piece of garbage JT threw out this week that somehow got a B+.

My favorite line from a review (that I can't remember the source of) said 'Wasn't Nancy Sinatra gangster already?'

I think it comes from Haim talking about their backstory in interviews while Lana Del Rey never did?  Same thing with Alexis Krause from Sleight Bells.  I do agree that the Lana backlash was totally ridiculous, though.

If you were a hipster, you would've heard this song, because every other music blog was falling over themselves about them last summer.

I don't know - if its really that bad, I doubt important ball scene figures like Leyomi Mizrahi would be in.  I love Paris is Burning and I was pumped to see this video and especially her in it.

Grease 2 is bad in the way that it's fun to watch because you know it's so bad.  I definitely break out with Cool Rider more often than is reasonable.

I have a friend who swears up and down that Knots Landing is fantastic.  I've loved Dallas but I've never seen Dynasty past the first season, which was a chore, and I love me some nighttime soaps.  I supposed you would suggest this?  Is the first season rough going too?

I remember reading an article in some entertainment magazine that said Locklear was always the last great hope for a TV show - if it needed a little pizzazz, she was pulled in.  I always liked her on whatever she was on - I wish she would make a comeback on a show like Revenge.

The music reviews on this site are usually ridiculous, awful, or dead wrong, so it shouldn't be all that surprising.

Twenty years later, and I still remember crying hysterically when the Violet just gets picked off by a hawk in the field without any warning.  My mother tried to get me to NOT rent this from the library when I was 10, but I insisted, and she relented.  That was a mistake.
