Mockingbird #8 - Goddamit, why does this have to end? I've loved this series from the start, but issue was just damn perfect. I mean, it's got mercorgis! And socially progressive ghost pirates! Mercorgis!

You just missed Comixology's Jodorwsky sale. They had Incal for $3 per volume. They also had Metabarons and Technopriests, but those aren't Moebius. Obviously, they're still there but at around $6 now.
I liked the first couple of issues of Vote Loki, but not enough to stay with it. It didn't seem to hit the mark on storytelling or the satire.
Haw haw haw!
I've never read any of these so I can't compare, but I'm surprised Highsmith isn't on this list.
RIP Steve Dillon
In their (very tepid) defense, I believe 'God's Not Dead' is based on old earth creationism.
'Brand Echh' was a lot more clever than 'AOLComics'
I actually read them as separate trades on Comixology, but I followed a reading order I found online. There's still a lot of overlap and confusion with the sequence of events, but I didn't mind.
I didn't think it was good either, but I know that's the style. There's a place for that, just not a teenage character.
J. Scott Campbell. He was kind of a jerk about it on twitter, but I guess that's his thing.
No
A bit of an uproar over the Invincible Iron Man variant with RiRi Williams looking like a 25 year old. Which yeah, it was pretty bad and shows poor judgment from the editor (Brevoort?). Marvel did eventually pull it, but seriously, how did it get that far?
Harbinger Wars, which includes the self-titled miniseries, and the Harbinger and Bloodshot tie-ins. Terrific! It's so damn action-packed and exciting. The ending was a bit weak, though it leads right into the next arcs of the two series. I'm looking forward to it.
Nothing against IDW, but are they really, truly a 'little guy'? They're owned by a pretty large corporation and though they have a diverse catalog, a good percentage of it is recognizable adaptations from other media. That's a sincere question - I don't know how I would answer it.
Black Light District was weird and almost as unreadable as that vanity project Image is publishing for a microbrewery.
It's American Graffiti in outer space!
My bad. I guess it just felt that way for me. You're likely right about the info-dump pages making me think that.
Leonard Cohen's "Ready to Die" - worst or best Biggie tribute album?
I wouldn't say The Fade Out has a particularly original premise, but its execution was outstanding all the way to the end.
