I got comp tickets because my friend was in it. Ha-haaaa! I also (very briefly) got to meet Robert Wilson and Lucinda Childs.

One of my all-time favorite memories is making Mexican food with a couple of friends - most of them were veggie, but one was a gourmet chef. We had mushroom, sweet potato and sweet onion tacos with chihuahua cheese, homemade mango hot sauce and pico de gallo. It was divine,

I feel like I'm the only person who loves lime (or lemon if you wanna be all inauthentic) on his burritos! I get weird looks when I do it at Chipotle.

I've discovered the joy of cooking things in bacon fat lately (I made corn fritters!). In other news: I may be gaining some weight soon.
