    Am I mis-remembering the book? Wasn't the main character's friend the quarterback on the football team? If I remember correctly, he was gay, but it seems as if he has morphed into Stefon for the movie. Or am I totally wrong?

    Huh - I had the same thought, too: that next week's episode would really jump ahead - a long while after the dust has settled from Lane's suicide, and where the company is now. But the promos don;t seem to imply this … but then again, they never do.

    I thought there was a bit of a nod to Salinger there - the Museum; the absence of parents; the young kids, one in prep school; and then Glen's line to Don in the elevator about everything turning to crap - it smacked a bit of Cather in the Rye, no?
