I said it, I meant it, I really represent it

That explains a lot

The correct way is to eat the filling and throw away the cookie parts.

Check out Gracepoint, the American version of Broadchurch season 1.

On behalf of like a billion people, The Grateful Dead.

Happy to help!

Yes, per my quote below

And another thing: I am worried that Kim may have sustained some kind of brain injury in the crash. The way she spaced out looking at her day planner — could have been a moment of clarity, but maybe she realized that she is having trouble focusing. The ER docs didn't even bother to clean up her face; I doubt they

"The whirring of that hideous electric meter" — shades of Edgar Allan Poe. "Tear up the planks, here, here! It is the beating of his hideous heart!" Descent into madness 101.

He didn't know about the kid poisoning. OTOH he did advocate for some adult chow-line shanking, so there's that.

Team Howard, anyone? He was choking back tears when he broke up with Chuck. Vince and co. have an amazing way of making me love characters who are entirely hateable on the surface (see Schrader, Hank).

Capitol Records rainbow, yeah! Also "Steal Away" under the mall pow-wow was special on a couple of levels.

El faceplate del muerte

For those of you who haven't seen Breaking Bad, Chuck unscrewing the faceplate of the outlet was a little Easter egg for those of us who have. Also a bit of foreshadowing….

Plus Jimmy busted his ass for that money and probably deserved more, and it's a good bet that once Irene's friends' checks clear all will be forgiven. Devil's advocate, over and out.

But would you be a little tempted? That's all I asked. And yes, Jimmy is correct that HHM won't settle for their own selfish reasons and not on behalf of their clients, many of whom may not be around to enjoy a larger settlement years in the future. No real good guys here.

Re: Jimmy is such an asshole

Agreed! But he did talk to Howard before he torpedoed poor Irene, not afterward. And when he mutters under his breath, "Sold my soul for B I N G and O," we see that he at least has a pang of conscience. Still a full-on dick move by any standard.

Jimmy/Saul set up the introduction between Walter and Gus through "a guy who knows a guy…." a.k.a. Mike.

Jimmy asked Howard to settle Sandpiper before he retreated to the 'moral low ground' of emotionally destroying an innocent and lovely senior. He still deserved Howard's scorn, just not for that specifically, at that moment.
