My top tier, in no particular order…

Alt-right, Alt-right, Alt-right.

Woah, you're forgetting that the cesspit that is a good chunk of the British media is avoiding this as well. Three of the major Sunday national newspapers didn't even have the Trump story on the front page.

What?! Countdown is a delight and Rachel Riley is a national treasure.

Fellowes campaigned for Leave, so he can fuck right off.

It really should be sweeping the supporting actor noms the way Modern Family used to. Dunn, Cole, and Scott can all feel harshly done by to miss out.

Rachel Bloom was robbed.

S3 might be my favourite, but S4 is the BEST. This has always been my go to example for differentiating between the two concepts.

I think there's a case to be made for Seasons 3, 4, and 5 of Lost. And 1. Ultimately I go with 4 because it's the most consistent and has the most complete story, but the first season is one of the best first seasons ever, the stretch in the back third of Season 3 was its strongest, and 5 was the most sci-fi fun.

What a mess of a season. If I never hear the word "darkness" again it'll be too soon.

And seriously, if there's one person that can make long distance not a problem whatsoever it's the guy who can literally run 1000 miles in a matter of seconds.

I was always gonna check this out for Holloway, but pleasantly surprised to hear it might actually be worth the time.

I like this format! Only going to do half-hours and hour-longs though:

1. Justified
2. Parks & Recreation
3. Game of Thrones
4. Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt
5. Fortitude

I'd say basically the same thing about the Season 5 finale. Just ending with that cut to white after Juliet hits the bomb and you've got one of the most daring, open-ended finales of all time. Basically the Sopranos finale but with "Do they rewrite time?" as the question you can answer yourself.

I think I was a Sawyer guy from his first flashback - a love that peaked in Season 5. Though I think I really loved everyone in that first season, with the possible exceptions of Michael and Boone.

Oh wow, that totally makes sense. I'm 100% sure it wasn't intentional, but it really fits everything they said about the afterlife stuff in The End. The most important time of Eko's (and Yemi's) life wasn't on island, it was when they were together as kids, they're walking off into a light…

Greatest Hits might be my favourite episode of the show. It pretty much single-handedly redeemed Charlie and made his death the most emotional in the whole run, and was probably my favourite use of flashbacks. I always tear up at his conversation with Desmond on the outrigger.

Those two arcs were great, and I did enjoy the flash-sideways more on rewatch. Sadly while they nail Jack & Hurley's arcs (and Ben, to a lesser extent), what they did to Sayid & Claire, and the way they ignored Sun and Jin's characters will forever make the season nigh on irredeemable to me.
