I appreciate that you put some effort into your gimmick, but make it funny next time. And make sense.

I stopped watching regularly after season four of the office but even by then I felt a decline. I just lost some interest when Pam and Jim became a thing and that might just be my adverse reaction to shipping. It seems like the general consensus is that it pucked up from there and I may go back and check it out but…
Yes. This.
I feel that something is different and missing from this season so far but I am in no way ready to write it off. Although this feels more egregious in some ways, this show has seen struggles at the beginning of seasons before this one.
I have the same issue. I used to laugh almost uncontrollably multiple times during most episodes and I don't anymore. I certainly don't speak for everyone but I don't look forward to this show the way that I used to. I will add that at least with sitcoms, I tend to lose interest after a few seasons even when most fans…
I don't find the way the show is portraying the Britta/Troy relationship to be at all believable and therefore I can't imagine being sad about it ending. In fact, considering that they have turned Troy into a complete child instead of a young adult with child-like qualities makes the relationship seem innapropriate.…
Wings of Desire is awesome. I also have a book of photographs by Wenders which is very cool and hard to come by. I should not have spent the money on it but I found it at a very small local bookstore(across the street) and decided to buy it. There were no price tags and this little book ended up costing me 40…
The nurse was fantastic! I really lived the scene with the priest.
Awesome. I wish I'd had a prisoner as my witness. I just had a surly Russian lady who seemed very bored.
I do that too, although I am on my third go around with The Bell Jar so I'm not sure what that says about me and having that as one of my comfort books.
I really enjoyed that book and I picked it up while in London. I was a history major so I can take the dry, scholarly stuff but this is a book I had my engineer husband read and he thought it was great. The fact that he enjoyed this makes me very excited for what I can force upon him now!
Fantastic suggestion. Love me some Liv Ullman.
I got to meet Bruce Campbell at a screening for Bub a Ho-Tep and it was great.
Not a big Kanye fan but I imagine he would put on an awesome show.
Just listening to the soundtrack for Once makes me cry.
Awww… thanks. It was so last minute due to having some major health issues crop up and needing insurance that we haven't told Anyone… except the AV Club!
I watched Hunger, the film about IRA member Bobby Sands and the hunger strike he led while in prison which resulted in his death. It was not a fun film and it left me feeling a bit depressed but it was very well crafted and had some great performances.
Was that before or after we found out about his wife having multiple sclerosis?
Outdoor fucking starts that day.
I know its not everyone's style, but Cassavetes pretty much always owns.
