I don't think so. If anything, they've cut the length of episodes down since then. Most half hour comedies only get 20-21 minutes now. Gotta make room for more hilarious Geico commercials!

Oh yeah. This was the start of NBC's obsession with 'super sized' episodes. Which is definitely not a bad thing, but sadly it's a thing of the past.
What the hell is ARCTU?
Yeah, to Sarah Silverman in "The New Writer".
I think what you meant to say was "Welcome to the internet"
Bill Hicks is simply not a comedian. A comedian tells jokes. I could book a gig at a comedy club, and stand up on stage and tell people how fucked up the world is. Would that make me a comedian? I don't think so.
I'm gonna take a stab in the dark and say you don't have a lot going on in your life.
Good episode, but I was a little disappointed to see Desmond Harrington in the cast, because I think he's boring and he kinda ruined Dexter for me. He wasn't too bad here, though.
Why does it take two paragraphs to get to the episode you're supposed to be reviewing? Edit a little.
If it was just a hook to get them on the air, then why are they still starting every episode with Saget talking to his kids about the past? You think if they didn't really care about how Ted met his wife, they would have stopped doing that by now.
Whoa, whoa, whoa. Is anybody saying The Fugitive is bad? I'm just pointing out how often these movies air on AMC.
"Self aware meathead Channing Tatum"?
Do I detect a hint of envy, Sims?
God, I hope not. I live there.
Only The Fugitive and My Cousin Vinny.
He gets to stare at January Jones. I wouldn't exactly call him a poor schmuck.
As long as none of those 10 women are Elizabeth Moss, I agree with you 100%.
Please, fellow Americans, I implore you. Unless you're one of the Kids in the Hall, don't dress up in drag. It's pathetic, demeaning, and a cheap way to get a laugh.
What about Raising Hope? I barely watch any TV, and all the shows I do watch are in danger of cancellation.
I don't know about that. Kathryn Hahn isn't fugly. I can't say the same about Ana Gasteyer.
James Mason being asked the question by Cary Grant in North By Northwest.
