Don't you know the writers have more important things to do than covering critically acclaimed shows that need any exposure they can get? Those Burger King ads aren't going to write themselves.
Just to keep things in perspective, we are still getting Modern Family, Once Upon A Time and WWE. Real critical darlings.

He also directed a documentary about Kink. He's good at porn.

Wow, so now you've dropped Transparent from the rotation, but you're keeping Modern Family? What the hell is wrong with you? Is there any logic to The AV Club anymore?

I thought there's still one monster episode and then a Chris Carter mythology one. Am I wrong?

The Emmies are the laziest awards, only on par with the Oscars. CEG will probably get nominated, because it's hard to ignore the show after the Globes and Critics Choice, but they will probably give it to some formulaic show that has already won three times. That way they don't even have to pretend they do thrir job

Or at her lowest points she's such an underdog that it's hard not to root for her.

I think they might go there, just not yet. How about revealing Rebecca as a cutter in the season finale?

She was not part of the original cast. Pete Gardner wasn't part of the original pilot (fragments of which are on youtube), his role was recast after the show was rejected by Showtime and picked by CW. Heather was added when the episode length was changed from 30 to 42 - it allowed them to add a new character and add

Ben and Jerry
Fear and Loathing

He's not thirsty anymore. He's quenched.

1. She's not a stalker.
2. People were ok with shows about a serial killer or a drug lord, but a harmless woman following a guy around like a puppy (which he is at least partially aware of and ok with, because they're friends) is where you draw the line?

"Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" goes against all those stereotypical rom-com tropes, so I don't see Rebecca ending up with Greg. I agree that the most subversive move would be her ending up Josh, and the show keeps hinting that they might actually be the most compatible. Either that or she ends up alone. I a loony bin.

While Heather does live in an identical condo, she's still living with her parents, so it's not the same situation.
