I wasn't too excited about that twist the first time around, but on retrospect they made pretty good job at explaining some of the bigger holes.

I think he was an adequate substitute for Aaron Pierce, and I was mad to find out he didn't show up in this.

Navarro was caught selling secrets to the Chinese and Adrian was repeatedly saying from the get go that he was a middleman. I think Chengs arrival was quite well foreshadowed during the latter half of the season, if that's what you mean.

Wasn't the lady Audrey was meeting from the Chinese embassy or something. Would make sense that Cheng still had contacts there as he used to work there.

"Wake the damn bitch"
"The only death on my head… is yours"

Jack and Bellchecks raid on that cargo ship goes definitely amongst my top5 24 action sequences joining classics like Day 1 finale shootout, Jack and Action-Heller escaping the terrorist compound during Day 4.

On the next season of 24: Live another day:

As soon as he heard Chengs men coming, he holstered his sidearm again, which I think was quite a clear indication that he didn't mean to use it on the hostiles, until later when his assault rifle ran out of bullets.

You mean vice president Almeida?

While uttering "Yeah" every two minutes in the classic Almeida fashion.

Made even more awesome by the fact that the 'Anything else, Charles" bit was ad libbed by Glenn Morshower. Apparently the writers had decided to kill him off, but that little tweak made the writers realize, he is too damn awesome to get rid of.

Just wait until next week when Vice President Almeida assumes the duties of POTUS.

I somehow like her (maybe I'm just blinded by her looks, weak as I am). So far she's basically been just a device to show the contrast between her and S2 Piper and the change that the latter has gone through. Also we see why other inmates disliked Piper on season one so much, because we too are now annoyed by the same

I did have a small gripe with that, as this thread provides largely the motive for Tyrion to go on his little rampage. Then again I think the show provided him enough motive since his story with Shae played out quite a bit differently. All in all I'd say this was definitely one of the strongest hours on Game of

Ugh, that Disneyesque croudsurfing scene made me throw up in my mouth a little. One of the reasons I don't like Daenerys' storyline is that she lives in a completely different world from the other characters. If she lived in the same verse, she'd be dead and raped in a ditch three seasons ago, with her dragons stolen.

As a book reader, I find it kind of funny that a lot of the nitpickiest hard core GRRM-fans found last nights episode (one of the strongest from the entire series tbh) lackluster, only due to reasons that have nothing to do with the actual episode, rather than what wasn't in it.

Good fuck I can't believe how despicable Piper has become. I just can't decide which character I like less, Piper or Larry. Actually 0 of the characters in this show are relatable to me, yet the show still makes me see their side and stay so invested in their stories, it's a real testament to the quality of the show.

That song should've been retired from TV use after Six Feet Under used it ten years ago.

I see this episode getting universal (or should I say AV Clubial?) praise, but I wasn't feeling it at all. I've been digging this entire season and I felt like I saw what Louie was doing here as well. I just couldn't get into it at all. For me this was quite easily the weakest episode of the entire season, and not

Clovis is definitely in the top three. But I'd have to name the debate one as my personaly favourite. The fact that they were able to bring the whole ensemble together (+ always delightful Furlong and Doyle) for a 10 minute session of machinefire dialogue of people shitting on each other, that managed to stay laugh
