I agree regarding the Delta guy. Ugh, now everyone thinks I characterize this as a tantrum…I would probably react like this guy myself.

Ha…the first time I saw Robocop was when I was 12 and a friend and I rented it. While we got to watch the movie, my friend's mom called the video store and lectured them for renting such a violent movie to kids

I don't consider it as bad as throwing yourself on the floor kicking and screaming, holding onto the seat for dear life, and moaning "Please kill me" over and over again.

We studied the case in paralegal school.

I feel the need to add that my comments criticizing a passenger throwing a tantrum were NOT directed at this guy, but at the United case regarding the Asian doctor who was dragged off a flight and then tried to run back on.

I was referring to the United case featuring Dr. David Dao. Ugh, I hope people this whole time didn't think I was referring to this guy.

But, you just…you…

I may have been thinking of Fogler.

See my other comments..he has the right to be pissed, but he didn't have to throw a tantrum over it.

I'm not saying what happened didn't suck for him, and he has the right to be bummed about it and to demand some sort of additional compensation beyond a ticket on another flight (which I think they offered everyone anyway). What I'm saying is that he didn't have to throw a kicking, screaming tantrum like a toddler.

Probably your gift to me as well.

Your ticket says you can be refused a seat anyway. Four other people took the bad news with dignity and restraint. He acted like a baby and got rewarded for it. The fool even tried to run back onto the plane after they had him off! MINE! MINE! MINE!

The Richard Ford novel?

The AV Club's constant capitalization of articles like "of" and "the" is starting to make me mad.

You think you'd like to play ball with the law?
Think it might have been that fighter that you saw?
Running that night?
Don't forget that you are whiiiiiite…

They have the right to kick him off a plane. It says so on your ticket. Even if not, is the way to approach the situation to throw a tantrum? Especially after like four others took the bad news with some grace and dignity?

That was my CD. Don't you ever touch a Chinese man's CD.

I don't how making a public fool out of oneself is anything to be proud of. That idiot doctor acted like a two-year-old, turning his body to Jell-O so the cops would have to use the maximum amount of effort dragging him off the plane while everyone watched. But in the end, he got paid, thereby justifying his actions.

The Nome King's costume is an achievement itself.
