It kind of recalls the original point of Fingertips which was to take advantage of the shuffle feature on CD players.

I don't think either of them come off all that well. It's basically a Stan Lee/Jack Kirby situation.

I met him last year at a Good Burger screening I helped plan. We ate burgers with him and he did a very fun Q&A afterward. He mostly does direct to DVD dreck these days, but he's a really nice and generous guy.

If the only New Hollywood filmmakers worthy of study are ones who were still making good films by the 90s then, sure, Spielberg and Scorsese are it, but that's ridiculous.
