Sounds yums! I sauteed strips of zuchinni and onion with carrot, minced garlic, ginger and added a little plain yogurt to thicken. Then tossed it with butternut squash linguine. Yay, CSA!!! Today I get green beans, pinto beans and beets!!!! Along with some new kind of cheese and eggs and some tomatoes.
