I always thought this sounded like Francis heard Bon Iver when he was a teenager and decided to try to sound just like him. Much like everyone wanted to blame Ben Gibbard for that 10,000 fireflies song, when it was a totally different dude. I really wanted to like Francis, but the album just didn't do it for me.

No, I wasn't following the online conversation or the official tumblr or anything like that. Just watching the show at my own pace. I'd read the AVClub write ups after watching each episode, but that's about the extent of my following the fandom.

Wow. I've been in love with Kina's music for so long, and when I heard that AV Club got the stream, I was expecting a lot of backlash or negativity. It's refreshing to see so many positive comments and so much love for this. I think the album is amazing, and it's great that the rest of you feel the same.

Pull me in Tighter is on the cassette tape that comes with the deluxe version of the album. You could only get it from their website, I believe.
