It's frustrating for newbies, but yeah, after seeing the Lannisters come out so on top, it will be fantastic to see Season 4 level and fracture the family proper.

They're lying, though.

Made me think of Joe Abercrombie's Best Served Cold. HBO needs to nab his world and adapt them.

Talk about tearjerking.

She's working towards her major.

Instrumental. Pffft.

The dead dogs are always what people bitch about. They did in season one when Lady was killed. And also some ugly red headed kid, who cares, he wasn't fuzzy.

He was expecting a show that's been fairly faithful the source text to suddenly go off the rails.

It was definitely a pointed middle finger to book readers who thought they had it figured. Both Mrs. FlimFlam and myself gasped audibly. It was terrible. The scene. Not the gasping. It was the showrunners saying, "you think you know how terrible it's going to be? Well, you don't."

Yes, it's a red herring for characters that are about to die, where readers know better.

Nah, he'll get another.

The one big surprise for me.

Or just leave you there. Whatever.

I much preferred the change from "Jaime" to "The Lannisters", since Jaime didn't plan the thing to begin with. It's a misdirect aimed at characters whereby the readers know better, and it's needlessly confusing on the show.

It's unfair to pick on the little one, but he was kind of distracting.

I'm trying to give Tupu another shot because I never cared for his human acting before, though he is of course fantastic as Pilot. I figure it has to be because I love Crais, and as I've gotten older I've tried to more fully appreciate actors that create such memorable villains.

I am not looking forward to either episode. Taking the Stone is bottom of the barrel for the show, and Vitas Mortis is so transparent that it feels tedious to get through it.

That's what I'm watching.

That's why it's not embarassing. Even straight dudes worship David Bowie.

Second Leia on Bespin. Fisher never looked better, even when they slapped a gold bikini on her.
